Terms of Service

ValuebetLK ("the Service") is an informational sports betting signals and analysis service. We are not a bookmaker, do not accept wagers, and do not hold or move betting funds on your behalf. Any bets you choose to place are placed entirely with your own third-party bookmaker account, at your own discretion and risk.

Signals, odds analysis, confidence ratings, and any other content we provide are opinions based on our own methods and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any outcome, profit, or result, and past performance shown on this site (including any "win rate" or "units gained" figures) is illustrative only and is not a promise of future results.

Premium subscriptions are currently processed manually: you submit proof of a bank transfer or cryptocurrency payment, and an administrator reviews and approves it before premium access is granted. Because verification is manual, activation is not instant and may take up to the timeframe stated at checkout.

Subscriptions are not set up to auto-renew under the current manual payment process; you will need to submit a new payment for each period you wish to renew. Given the nature of the product (access to informational content that is delivered immediately upon approval), payments are generally non-refundable once premium access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before your next renewal.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
• You are solely responsible for complying with the gambling laws and regulations of your own jurisdiction, and for the terms of any bookmaker account you use.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, including sharing premium content outside your own account or attempting to circumvent access controls.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValuebetLK and its operators are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from bets you place, decisions you make based on our content, or the unavailability of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud (including fraudulent payment proof), or abuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
